Wherever the term "NuboPlan" or "nuboplan.techind.co" is used, it refers to Techindo Systems Pvt. Ltd. and, where applicable, its subsidiaries, controlled entities, affiliates, and related parties. NuboPlan provides project lifecycle & construction management services through this Website and related applications (collectively, the "Services"). At NuboPlan, we are highly committed to the privacy of your data and information and to providing excellent service to all of our customers and visitors to the Website. We have prepared this Data Protection and Privacy Policy ("Policy") to inform you of the privacy principles that govern this Website.

At NuboPlan, we are extremely committed to protecting your privacy. We want you to feel confident about us, use our Services freely, and recommend our Services to others.

We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties (except as stated in this Policy) without your consent. In day-to-day operations, we may provide your information to our partners who assist in providing our Services. Your comfort, trust, and confidence are of paramount importance to us.

What information is collected from you?

Profile Information

NuboPlan collects the details provided by you on registration (email address, name, password, phone number, address, company details, role/designation, and profile preferences/interests), together with information we learn about you from your use of our Services and your visits to our Site. We also collect information about transactions you undertake, including billing contact details and payment references. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers, CVV, or expiry data; payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant processors.

We may collect additional information in connection with your participation in promotions, surveys, white-paper downloads, webinars, or events, and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and Site usage, which enables us to improve the Services we provide. We will collect only such information as is necessary and relevant to provide you with the Services available on the Site.

You may terminate your account at any time. However, your information may remain stored in secure archives as permitted by law and our retention policy, even after your account is deleted or terminated.

Anonymous/Technical Information

In addition to the information you explicitly provide, we automatically receive and collect certain technical information in standard usage logs through our web servers and/or SDKs, including:

• We collect personal information about you as part of registration and through forms for demos, "Let’s Talk" inquiries, contests, online events, downloads (eBooks, case studies, white papers), and surveys.
• We collect anonymous/technical information when you visit our Site and use our apps.
• Our advertisers/analytics/embedded partners may collect their own anonymous information through their cookies/SDKs, for which they are responsible under their privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy. Our Sites/Services are not designed for, or directed at, children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

• Invite you to participate in surveys, webinars, or beta features;

Community/Public Areas. If you post content (e.g., comments on blogs, community forums), that content may be publicly visible and indexed by search engines. Please use caution when sharing information in public areas.

We use cookies/SDKs for authentication, session management, preferences, analytics, and marketing/remarketing. NuboPlan is operated by Techindo in India. We may process information on servers/cloud regions within India and/or other countries where our processors operate. Where required by law, we put in place appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) for international transfers.

Disputes

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to confidential, mandatory, and binding arbitration conducted on an expedited basis before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The arbitrator’s award shall be in writing and shall be final and binding. Subject to arbitration, courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Your Choices

• Access/Update. You may access or update certain profile information in your account settings, or contact us for assistance.
• Marketing Opt-Out. You can opt-out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Service/transactional emails will continue as they are necessary for the Services.
• Cookies. Manage via browser settings and our consent tools (where provided).
• Account Deletion. You may request account deletion; we will act on verified requests subject to lawful retention.
• Consent Withdrawal. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing).
